FCL shipping method
1. Banbury
The raw materials (natural rubber, carbon black, oil, additives, rubber accelerators) are put into the Banbury mixer to produce the compound.
2. Squeeze
Put the rubber compound into the extruder and extrude the apex strip.
3. Calendering
The cord is passed through the calender and the pulp is wiped off the cord.
4. Bead molding
The beads are wrapped in many dangling wires.
5. Tire fabric cutting
Cut tire fabric in different widths and angles. (width and angle depend on tire size)
6. Paste the triangle tape
The apex strip is attached to the bead by hand. The apex strip is very important to the performance of the tire.
7. Tire Building
Assemble semi-finished tires into green tires.
8. Vulcanization
The green tire is put into the mold of the vulcanizer (with a specific pattern), and the purpose of vulcanization is to enhance the tension, hardness and elasticity of the tire under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
9. Final inspection
Final inspection includes visual inspection, homogeneity test and X-ray inspection. Our quality inspectors will check the tires one by one
10. Tire test
We will use state-of-the-art machines for high-speed testing and fatigue testing.
