In 2021, QRE enlarged the workshop and upgraded the production lines to increase the production capacity by 3 times to meet the booming orders. And now, QRE can provide chain and accessories with full compliance with International Codes as US ASTM413, NACM, EN818, ISO3077, ASTM-A391, AS2321; ISO-610, DIN22252; DIN 763, DIN 764, DIN5685, DIN 766 etc.

Q1：Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A1: 1) We are the original factory and our workshop is located in Shandong peninsula, east of China, around 1.5 hours to the Qingdao Port or International Airport.
2) We started exporting products from 2014 only through trading companies in the past years.
3) In 2021, we expanded our workshop area and upgraded the production lines by 3 times to meet the booming international orders.
4) Now, we established our own export sales departemnt, and can provide products with lower and competitive price for direct orders from abroad customers.
Q2：Can I visit your factory?

Q3：Do you provide custom products or accept OEM for customer’s brand?
A3: 1) Yes, we can provide both OEM and ODM service.

3) Or our engineer can perform design and draft drawing based on requirements of customers before production.
Q4：Can you stamp or mark on chain as requirement of customers?
A4: 1) Normally, our chain can be stamped with marks of customers every 6 links.
2) Also, our equipment can mark the chain automatically for every single link if customer has the demand, which will decrease some production efficiency.
Q5：Can you provide sample for free?
A5: 1) We’d like to offer the sample for your test or quality check.
2) Our sample is for free charge, which is freight collect.
Q6：How about the lead time?
A6: 1) In general, for standard products, it is 1-2 weeks,
2) and for custom products, it depends on the quantity and most of orders can be ready within 1 month,
3) and for urgent orders, we can arrange shifts around the clock.
Q7：How about the discount?
A7: 1) Yes, we are the original factory and adopt wholesale and competitive pricing strategy.
2) For big order, frequent order & long-term customers, we’d like to give reasonable discounts.

A8: Normally, Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
