IML technology
In-mold labeling is a new form of label packaging that is different from traditional direct screen printing, heat-shrinkable labels, and self-adhesive labels. Because the in-mold label is naturally integrated with the plastic cup, there will be no blistering or wrinkling. Therefore, IML is exquisitely printed, and can be treated with special treatments such as laser and aluminum plating, which greatly improves the quality of product packaging.
Most of our products use IML technology, customers can custom design or provide their own labels.

First, the printed label is placed in the blow cavity prior to blow molding or injection molding.
Secondly, when the mold is closed and blown, the special adhesive on the label in the mold is melted by the action of high temperature and high pressure in the mold.
The third is to fuse the surface of the bottle body or the injection molded part into one. Open the mold and complete beautifully printed bottles or injection molded parts one at a time.
