AAC Flake Aluminum Paste
The main use of aluminum powder for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) is to release gas during chemical reaction with silica and quicklime during the production process, resulting in the formation of a porous structure inside the produced blocks. In the production process of aac blocks, the aluminum powder slurry is fully stirred and put into the aluminum powder weighing scale, and finally mixed with raw materials such as quicklime, gypsum, and fly ash. Put them into the pouring mixer together, the aluminum powder in the aluminum powder slurry can react with the alkaline substances in the aerated concrete slurry, release hydrogen, generate air bubbles, and expand the aerated concrete slurry to form a porous structure. Therefore, the weight of aac blocks is generally 500-700kg/m3, which is only 1/4-1/5 of that of clay bricks, 1/5 of that of ordinary concrete blocks, and is the lighter type of concrete. .
