Activated clay

Active clay is made of clay (mainly bentonite) as raw material, processed by inorganic acidification or salt or other methods, then rinsed and dried with water. The adsorbent is a milky white powder, odorless, odorless, non-toxic, and strong adsorption properties. It can absorb organic matter. It easily absorbs moisture from the air and will reduce adsorption performance if left for a long time. Heating (80-100 degrees is suitable) is restored, but heating to above 300 degrees Celsius will begin to lose crystal water, thereby causing structural changes and affecting the fading effect. Active clay is insoluble in water, organic solvents and various oils, almost completely dissolved in hot caustic soda and hydrochloric acid, with a relative density of 2.3 to 2.5, and there is little swelling in water and oil.
