Q: Are you a factory or trade company?
A: We are a professional manufacturer with almost 13 years experience. Our factory is located in Jinhua, Zhejiang.
Q: Does the factory get any quality certificates or pass any environmental management system?
A: For sure, all our products are able to pass CA65, LFGB. Our factory achieved the ISO9001:2000, ISO14000, OHSAS 18001:1999 BSCI, WCA, GSV and SCAN.
Q: Can I get some samples?
A: Yes, we are happy to send you sample for quality checking, but we charge sample fee.
Q: Can you help to make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
A:Yes, we can make OEM and ODM items. Sample time iş about 10-15days. Sample fee is charged according to the material, size and quantity of the products.
Q:What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 800 pcs per item per color.
Q: What is your packing?
A: Our normal packing is strong standard brown carton, also we accept customized packing. 30-45 days.
Q:What is your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T with 30% deposit and balance against the copy of shipping documents, or L/C at sight.
