Yes, we have our own factory and have full control over the entire manufacturing process, that's why we have the flexibility to customize to your needs.
2. What is your MOQ? Can we start trading with a small amount?
Generally, our MOQ is 10000 pieces per style per color. However, we do business with new clients in good faith, and if you want to start small, it's definitely negotiable.
3. Do you provide free samples? How is the shipping cost?
Generally, if you can accept our existing models and colors, we will provide free samples. Otherwise, we will quote you a customized sample fee.
For shipping, it's completely free if you provide your global courier account. If you do not have a courier account, we can quote the required shipping fee to our freight forwarder (door-to-door delivery).
4. Can the product be customized? (such as making components according to our Pantone colors, printing our logo on products, custom packaging, etc.
Yes, all plastic components can be changed and matched to the pantone numbers provided. Additionally, we have our mold development team who are very experienced in designing and setting up custom products.
