1. What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 500-2000pcs. But 100-500pcs is also acceptable for trial order if we have stock. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost accordingly, hope you place a big order after you are satisfied with the quality and service of our products.
2. Can I get samples?
certainly. We usually provide ready samples for free. But some customized samples need to charge custom design fee. The sample fee is refundable when buyers place an order. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have a carrier account, you can ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight to our Paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 3-5 working days to arrive.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
For prepared samples, it will take 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, it depends on your design
Do you need a new printing screen, etc. In any case, we will respond quickly to your request. 4. How long is the production lead time? 30 days for orders over 500 pieces. We have a large production capacity, which can guarantee a fast delivery time even for large quantities.
5. If I want my own design, what format of the file do you need?
Usually, an AI file is required. If you want to make a new mold, you need 3D files.
6. How many colors are available?
We use the Pantone Matching System to match colors. So all you have to do is tell us which Pantone color code you need. We will match colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment terms are T/T 30% deposit after order signed, 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight.
