Product Description

 

Our ham "Prosciutto di Norcia IGP" is one of the best in typical Italian quality food.

It's made from white pig thighs sourced only from farms in selected countries: each unit is fire-branded to prove the origin of the product.

Ham seasoning is at least 18 months old and the only seasoning used is sea salt. The peculiarities of the air of the region give the ham natural seasonings that give it a typical and unique flavor.

Ham sizes vary from 9.5kg to 11kg. This product is available with or without bone
