Hodee Tech is an independently owned, self-sustaining precision forging facility of two, successfully serving a broad and diverse customer base in China. We produce high-precision forged carbon steel, alloy, microalloy, and stainless steel products in weights ranging from 1 to 100 pounds, in diameters from 3 to 14 inches, and in lengths up to 10 inches. Annual output ranges from 5,000 to 500,000.
Our closed-die forging process uses presses of up to 2,500 tons to form billets heated to 2,250°F into complex shapes and geometries. Forging dies are designed and machined in-house to produce near-net forgings that require minimal machining. Our forging process is precise and efficient, producing far less product scrap than other processes, providing our customers with the highest possible return on investment.
