Non-phosphate product that efficiently removes hidden grease and dirt from porous surfaces without etching. Suitable for cleaning plastics and ABS, reducing chrome roughening consumption.
1. Product Features
a. Excellent penetration and wetting ability, providing super degreasing ability. Low-foaming, fast-dissolving, rinse-free with no freezing limit. Biodegradable properties promote easier rinsing.
b. Non-phosphate products work at room temperature. Suitable for stubborn oil and rust removal on all hard surfaces, especially for high-precision base parts without corrosion problems. Commonly used in rack plating, barrel plating, continuous plating lines and vibrating machines.
c. Acid-base system operation, suitable for cleaning all metal and non-metal surfaces, especially precision copper parts, to remove stubborn oil stains and hard films.
2. Instructions for use
Iron: Use 10500 10%, combined with sodium hydroxide 2-5g/L, can quickly remove stubborn oil film and dirt. For iron with slight rust, it is appropriate to use 10500 10%, 10-40% hydrochloric acid. When operating with a vibrating machine, use 10500 1Kg and 1-2Kg sodium hydroxide.
Copper sheet: 10500 10%, and 1-3g/L sodium hydroxide can also be added appropriately, which can enhance more emulsifying power for thick oil and grease. Add in a 50:1 ratio. For high-precision parts, adding sodium hydroxide is not recommended. Acid copper process: 10500 2-3%, can quickly remove the organic film and dye particles attached to the copper plating surface, reduce the roughness of the coating to be plated, and increase the brightness. It can also prevent the copper layer from being oxidized by staying in the air of the automatic electroplating line for too long, which will affect the performance and appearance of the subsequent electroplating layer.
Zinc and aluminum alloy: 10500 3-5%, can quickly remove the oxidized oil film on the surface. The vibration machine should use 1Kg of sodium silicate or trisodium phosphate, 10500 1Kg,
Electrophoresis process: 10500 3-5%, which can quickly remove the oxidized oil film on the metal surface and enhance the adhesion of electrophoresis.
ABS plastic plating: 10500 3-5% Used for degreasing before roughening chromium. It can replace the hydrophilic agent, and can also solve the problem of missing plating of roughened chrome in the concave part.
