2. Product range:The product can be used for chemical polishing of 304#, 316#, 201#, 207#, 301# series stainless steel, and the polishing and polishing can reach the mirror effect of stainless steel. No electricity required, just heat and soak. Suitable for small stainless steel parts and irregular stainless steel parts.
3. Product indicators:The product is scientifically configured by two doses A and B. B: Light yellow transparent liquid, specific gravity: ±0.05, acidic A: light yellow transparent liquid, specific gravity: 1.15-1.20, acidic.
4. How to use:
①The product consists of two parts: A agent and B agent. When using, mix AB and water according to the volume ratio of A:B:water=1:2:3 to form the working solution. The working fluid should be contained in a plastic container. The feeding sequence is: water→B→A, heat to 90℃±5℃ with acid-resistant quartz tube. ② Immerse the surface of oil-free and dust-free stainless steel parts in the polishing solution at 90℃±5℃ for about 30 seconds to 2 minutes, then take out the workpiece and rinse it with water. Do not overlap the workpiece soaking process, and do not overlap with the container wall and bottom, so as not to affect the uniformity of polishing. ③ Supplement according to A:B=1:2 small amount, without adding water.
