Applications of dry ice blasting equipment:
Cleaning of large equipment such as automobile tires, printing presses, casting molds, and power plant boilers.

Working principle:
Impact Microburst Effect - Dry ice particles hit the surface at high speed and burst into gas instantly, creating a microburst effect that peels the stain off the surface.

Thermal expansion and cold contraction - dry ice - 78.5 degrees, the dry ice touches the surface instantly, and the stain is contracted by cold, making it easier to peel off the surface.

Air Blowing - Dry ice sublimates from solid state to gas, expands about 800 times in volume, and the powerful air blows away the stains, so as to achieve a dry and residue-free cleaning effect.

Equipment composition and characteristics:
1. This model is a single-tube positive pressure injection, and the impact force is greater than that of a double-tube. It is mainly composed of a base with casters, a hopper suspension system, a rotating ice supply system, a vibrating blanking system, a stirring system, an electric control system, an air supply system and a spray gun system. Add dry ice to the machine, connect the air source and 220V single-phase electricity, point the spray gun at the dirt surface and press the switch on the spray gun to clean it.

2. The special rotary feeding design is adopted, and the ice storage system is specially designed in the ice feeder, which makes the dry ice cleaning and cleaning machine more powerful. The principle is that the company designs and manufactures completely by itself. The stator and rotor in the device have no contact friction, and the service life is extremely long. Different from the products on the market, there are two non-metal friction pads between the stator and rotor, which are wearing parts, not easy & expensive to replace.

3. The hopper is designed with a vibrating feeding device, coupled with an ingenious hopper suspension connection structure and an ingenious flexible suspension system, so that the hopper can be fed smoothly without caking, without the use of air hammer impact, simplifying the system and reducing the failure rate.
