⚙️Cleaning part:The wheat flour mill adopts cleaning technologies such as screening, threshing, demixing, sieving, wetting, magnetic separation, wheat brushing, and winnowing. The original wheat cleaning process and grain cleaning process fully ensure the quality of the fed wheat and the working environment.
⚙️Wheat milling section:The flour milling part adopts milling processes such as bran grinding, core grinding, slag grinding, tail grinding, and purification, with high precision and high flour extraction rate.

Driven by the high-pressure blower, the corn is transported to the combined screening and stone removal machine, and both large and small impurities and stones are removed. The corn is then fed into a peeling machine to remove clods, dust or other impurities. After that, the corn enters the crusher and is ground into large particles, ready to be made into flour.
The crushed corn kernels are lifted and fed into the silo of the corn mill. They are then blown into a corn mill. After grinding, the corn flour is sieved: the corn flour below the sieve is packaged, and the corn flour above the sieve is returned to the silo for secondary grinding. This is the corn/corn meal manufacturing process in complete flour mill.
