Introduction to Gulfstream G450
In September 2002, Gulfstream adjusted the names of its family of business jets, replacing Roman numerals with Arabic numerals. "Gulfstream" IV was renamed G300, and "Gulfstream" IVSP was renamed G400. In 2003, Gulfstream announced the upgrade of G300/400 Upgrade, introducing advanced cockpit technology, adopting advanced electronic flight instrument system, improving the cabin environment and comfort, and further increasing the range. The G450 is an upgrade on the basis of the G400, and the G350 is an upgrade on the basis of the G300. The appearance is the same, but the flight range is reduced. The G450 prototype made its first flight on April 30, 2003, and the G350/G450 was officially delivered to customers for commercial operation in 2005.
