Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: If the product is regular design, it is usually 7-10 days. Specific delivery time depends on product design and quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can provide samples, but sample fees are required. As usual, if the order is confirmed and reaches a certain quantity, the sample fee can be deducted. For details, please feel free to contact us.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Payment <=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment >= 1000 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.

Q: How to deal with failures?
A:First of all, our products are produced under a strict quality control system. Since our crystal products are handmade, the defect rate and dimensional error rate will be within 0.5%.
If the product is damaged due to transportation, it can be remade for free, but the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
