Vacuum homogeneous emulsification mixer refers to the use of high shear emulsifier to quickly and uniformly distribute one or more materials into another continuous phase under vacuum conditions. The material is processed in the narrow space between the stator and the rotor by the powerful kinetic energy generated by the machine effect. Through hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, impact, crushing and turbulent flow operations more than 199,000 times per minute, the material is instantly uniformly dispersed and emulsified. After high-frequency reciprocating cycle, stable, high-quality, bubble-free fine products can be obtained.
