In 2018, the company expanded its production capacity and obtained a production base with a total area of 7.5 hectares and a production facility of 10,000 square meters. and office 3000 square meters. lie in. The production area is equipped with its own modern equipment from world brands such as Lincoln Electric, Hypertherm, Akyapak, EWM, Aian, ESAB, as well as 14 hoisting equipment, with a monthly output of up to 1,000 tons of finished products. In the same year, the company began to develop a new direction in the design and manufacture of metal structures using Lightweight Thin Wall Steel Structures (LSTC). This makes it possible to produce buildings with composite frames, such as: industrial buildings, agricultural buildings, nurseries, cowsheds, poultry houses, warehouses.
In 2019, LLC "ZMK Forward" entered the international market, supplying metal structures to the Republic of Kazakhstan Uzbekistan.
At the beginning of 2020, the company participated in international exhibitions (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan), and according to the results of the exhibition, a contract was signed for the supply of composite frame buildings to the CIS countries, namely the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Armenia, and Belarus.
In 2020, "ZMK Forward" LLC will not stop at what has been achieved and become a participant in the national "Labor Productivity and Employment Support" project, which is operated by the Federal Competence Center (FCC). As part of the program, company employees are trained in the "Performance Leaders" program. Additionally, the company trains and becomes an FCC Certified Trainer in the following programs: Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals, Implementation of Improvement Projects, 5Cs, Production Analysis and Mapping. In the framework of the project, all of these together help to improve the working conditions of employees, increase labor productivity, increase employee wages, and improve the quality and quantity of products. According to the project results, the company ranks first in the Lipetsk region among other enterprises participating in the project "Labor Productivity and Employment Support"
