Partition slotting machine is one of the GBJ corrugated cardboard machine series produced by our factory; it integrates the advantages of international and domestic similar products, and its technology is more advanced than previous products. 3. Main structure and functionThe machine has 6 working shafts, the first pair of shafts carries the cardboard, the eccentric right handle of the upper shaft can be adjusted according to the thickness of the cardboard, and the distance between the two shafts is suitable for carrying the cardboard. The second sub-shaft is slotted and the off-center right handle is adjustable for cardboard thickness; this is a good distance for cardboard slot cutting. The processed cardboard is transported out of the machine by the third shaft, and the pressing plate presses the cardboard to prevent the tool from lifting the cardboard. In order to prevent clogging, there are 6 paper scraping tools to remove paper dust at any time.4. Operation and adjustmenta) Before starting up, you should understand the main functions and structures of the equipment, and be familiar with the entire operating procedures. b) Check the system and motor of the equipment before turning on the power, and make the motor rotate without moving forward after turning on the power and check the direction of the motor movement. c) According to the size of the processed cardboard, loosen the horizontal and vertical handles, adjust the size, and start production after placing the cardboard. d) There are two types of cardboard, 2mm thick and 5mm thick, put the cardboard on the workbench, fix the cardboard in the middle of the two slots with screws, and finally feed the cardboard into the first part of the shaft. It can pass the cardboard into the shaft of the first part. It can pass cardboard with a length of 800mm and a width of 300mm. e) According to the size of the cardboard slot, adjust the wheel cutter on the upper shaft, and loosen the three screws on the left to adjust the wheel cutter shaft according to the scale. f) One machine has six 180° wheel knives and six bottom groove knives, and the knives are arranged on 12 tool holders. You can loosen the bracket of the tool holder and adjust the distance of the cardboard traction groove.5. Machine maintenance and lubrication:a) The bearings used in this machine should be inspected and cleaned every six months to one year. For other sliding positions, 20# to 30# engine oil should be added every six months. b) Before starting the machine, check whether there are sundries in the wear groove, and keep the working surface clean.
