Core vibration casting machine
Vibro-core machines offer producers a versatile, high-throughput system for manufacturing products and shapes such as concrete pipes and manholes up to 4,000 mm in diameter.featurehopperMaterial is fed into a circular hopper designed to reduce sticking. Round hoppers allow for a variety of dosing options regardless of conveyor position. The hopper is equipped with a hydraulically driven agitator to eliminate bridging and improve material flow. There is a clearing door at the rear of the hopper.
Conveyor assembly
Concrete is delivered to the distribution head via a reversible profile trough conveyor designed to efficiently deliver more material with less loss.
Material distribution chute
The stainless steel material distribution chute can be rotated in either direction, ensuring a free flow of material directly into the formwork. With less spillage, cleaning and maintenance time is also reduced. Tracking rollers at the end of the chute allow precise placement of concrete to any contour or shape of the product.
Cap Locator Assembly
The patented cap locator assembly hydraulically presses the top header ring into the concrete for maximum casing compaction, eliminating the need for special indenter assemblies for each size. Hydraulic core bar lift cylinders on each station assist overhead cranes when removing core and pipe from the formwork by helping to overcome the frictional bond between the product and the formwork. This reduces overhead crane requirements.
telescopic feet
Pneumatic retractable feet on the core lock below the pallet transport the pallet and rebar cage to the machine. The feet also support the finished pipe and joint ring sets as they are transported to the curing area.
Jib Crane
A floor-standing pedestal jib crane is provided at each station to place the headers into the formwork.
