High rotational accuracy

Spacers installed between cross-arranged rollers prevent roller skew and an increase in rotational torque due to friction between rollers. Unlike conventional types that use steel plate cages, crossed roller collars do not cause one-sided contact or binding of the rollers. Therefore, the crossed roller rings provide stable rotation even under preload. Since the inner and outer rings are designed to be separable, the preload can be adjusted, and this feature allows for precise rotation.
