(1)Opaque Statue by STG

STG consists of two transparent ITO films sandwiched between a layer of plastic and liquid crystal. Plastics and liquid crystals include liquid crystal spheres and polymers. The directors of liquid molecules are approximately parallel to the glass substrate. The polymer is surrounded by liquid crystal droplets. The refractive index of the polymer is n_p, which is similar to the refractive index of glass.
