Price

(1) Do you charge by image or by product?

If you are just taking photos, we will charge per photo. If Amazon shoots and edits the infographic, then we charge per product.

(2) How do I pay?

Before starting your project, we will send you a quote with a payment link that you can use to accept the quote and pay. We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.

Shipping

(1) How do I ship my product to you?

Carefully package the product you want us to photograph for you. Then send us the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it for you.

(2) Regarding a very large product. Can you shoot?

If you are sending a very large or heavy product, please contact us before shipping. We can accommodate large products, and for products that are inconvenient to transport, we can take pictures on site, but of course you will need to bear the travel costs.

process

(1) How can I tell you the pictures or ideas I need?

There are 2 ways to provide matching images:

A. Show us your phone photos

Put the product on your desk and take a phone photo (it doesn't have to be pretty). When we receive your product, we will match your camera angle or group arrangement, but we will light it up and touch it up to make it look great.

B. Match an existing image

Find existing images online and we'll match them. Refer to the URL or screenshot where they are and we'll match those angles.

(2) How long will the photography project take?

Most items are delivered within 5-7 business days after we receive your product and payment. This can increase production time if your project involves a lot of photos. During particularly busy times, delivery times may increase slightly, so please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to confirm expected production times.

(3) What if I want to retake the image?

Our perfectly reasonable remake policy

1. After we provide [first draft design], we find that some angles and display contents are not what you want. (Can be retaken, no more than 2 revisions)

2. We have selected scene graphs for synthesis without your consent, and we have not provided pictures for you to choose from.

3. Picture text (color, font, font size, kerning) adjustment

*Minor Photoshop adjustments are always free.

deliver goods

(1) In what format are my photos delivered?

We will send you a watermarked or lower resolution photo until you confirm the photo you want. Once all required photos have been confirmed, standard product photos will be available in high-resolution, 300 DPI jpeg format, using maximum quality settings, at 3000 x 3000 pixels.

(2) How do you deliver my finished photos?

Finished photos are delivered via our private image hosting server. Once the project is complete, you will be given a unique link and password. Log in to our image server to view and download your high-resolution images instantly. Or we send it to your email or via other means you prefer.

(3) What kind of license does the image come with?

After final delivery, these photos will be licensed for royalty-free use. This means that you can use these photos as many times as you like in any of your publications, and distribute them as widely as you want, without paying us royalties. We allow these photos to be used in all forms of publication, including print advertising, packaging, web, television, etc. We reserve the copyright of the delivered photos and may not resell them to any third party without prior written permission.
