Pickling Gel for Stainless Steel
1.Stainless Steel Pickling Passivation Paste is used for stainless steel material like 304,316 etc,large parts of the welding joints and its surface pickling and passivation treatment,remove the scale oxide after welding or high temperature machining & molding,it’ll be silver finish and bright,to remove contaminants and promote the formation of the passive film on a freshly created surface,no longer produce secondary oxygen corrosion, to pass the purpose of passivation, thereby enhancing the surface corrosion of stainless steel products, to extend the service life of equipment.
2.This product will be degrease, pickling and passivation simultaneously, one step to complete, changing the traditional degreasing, pickling and passivation process, simple operation, easy construction, low cost.
3.It does not require specialized equipment and venues, do not need heating equipment and power supply, do not need skilled operation of workers.labor saving,time saving and energy saving.
4.This product is a stable ointment, easy to transport and suitable for long-term preservation, accessed using and very convenient; There is a small amount of precipitation,mixing evenly then using,does not affect the use of results.

1.shake well before use
2.Paint the gel with the coating thickness is 1-2mm
3.Ensure adequate reaction time (about 10-30 minutes).Time,temperature is proportional to the pickling effect.Extend the time appropriately when low temperature.
4.Using a plastic brush to remove loose surface residue and don’t contact with carbon steel.
5.Water washing until bright & clean.
6.If there is oil on stainless steel surface, can be removed using a solvent such as acetone.
