2. Citius products are divided into four applications: sludge dewatering, vacuum filtration, papermaking, and refining. Products are widely used in belt filter press, horizontal, vacuum belt filter press, paper machine, plate and frame filter press, disc filter, drum filter, continuous filter press and other dehydration equipment.
Citius manufactures many different industry-specific fabrics and filters. All fabrics are made of monofilament threads or a combination of monofilament and multifilament threads, made from virgin high viscosity PET, PP, PA, PPS chips. Fabrics that are heat-set or calendered have the following advantages:
1. Shape Stability: The fabric will retain its shape at the proper temperature and tensile strength settings.
2. Chemical stability: Citius fabric is resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion. They are also able to withstand high temperatures.
3. Long service life: Citius fabric is wear-resistant and has strong tensile strength.
4. Can meet different filtration requirements (2-100um).
5. Peel easily.
6. Strong seam strength: Citius fabric combines high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes to increase the service life of the product.
