Unfilled liquids should be tested for at least 6 months. 2. Must not contain substances that react with or severely weaken the drum. 3. The temperature of filling liquid should not be higher than 60℃. After the filling liquid has cooled to room temperature, screw on the screw cap, and the torque should be 25N•m～30N•m. 4. Before tightening the cover, check whether the sealing ring is installed in place or not. When screwing the cap, align the thread teeth, so as to avoid water leakage from the drum mouth due to the wrong thread and then slipping the thread. 5. The liquid containing gas should use a closed vent cap and tighten it as required. 6. There must be enough space capacity when barreling liquid. 7. When stacking czplasticfactory square plastic barrels, the internal liquid should be cooled to room temperature before stacking. 8. Avoid falling and collision with hard sharp objects during transportation and use. 9. The iron drums should be stored in a clean, dry, well-ventilated warehouse with a flat floor. The storage temperature of the iron drums should be ≤40℃. 10. The shelf life of the drum is 2 years from the date of production. 11. Inner packagings should be packed in suitable outer packagings. The outer packaging must not have any protrusions that could scratch the inner packaging.
