1. What does your factory do?
Since 1979, we have specialized in producing raschel blankets and bedding sets under the old name "OTSU KEORI".
2. What is the MOQ?
Quantity: one 20ft container
For carton packing, the MOQ is 500pcs per color or 4 designs and colors per container
For compressed or vacuum packs, no more than 6 colors per container.
3. Can you make my design?
Of course, we can do your design, but we charge $120 per color for the screen, and we can return the screen charge to you once you reach 3000 pcs.
4. Can you make my relief model?
Yes, but opening a new embossed screen costs about $4000 and takes 20 days.
5. I heard that you produce blankets in other factories?
No, they are all our branch factories. We have 4 blanket factories in Wuxi, Changzhou, Anqing and Cairo, Egypt.
We have the same design same QC and quality system.
6. Can I make special weight blanket?
This is not our regular item, we can provide you with stable quality if follow our regular weight. But if you insist on special weights,
We need at least 5x40 HQ as we need to replace knitting machines.
7. Can you quote me the CIF price?
Sorry, my friend, actually we can't quote you the CIF price, because our production period is 45 days, and the shipping cost is flexible
When the goods are ready, we can quote the FOB price now.
8. How long is the delivery date?
Our production date is 30-45 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all accessories.
9. What is the payment term?
T/T: 30% in advance and the balance against the copy of B/L.
L/C at sight: 20% in advance and balance L/C at sight.
D/P at sight: 30% in advance and balance against D/P at sight
10. Can I buy different items in one 40HQ?
Sure, but need to follow other customers' mass production and longer delivery time.

Our office is located in Wuxi City, close to Shanghai, only 40 minutes by high-speed rail, 2.5 hours by car; 2 hours from Nantong
Self-driving in Wuxi; 3 hours by high-speed train from Yiwu to Wuxi.
