Production process introduction
The main technological process of rebar production is: blast furnace molten iron→converter (electric furnace)→external refining→billet continuous casting→sizing→storage→steel rolling furnace→bar mill→controlled rolling and cooling→cooling bed→sizing shear →Collection and packaging→Weighing→Listing and warehousing, as shown in Figure 1.1.
