Product Description
Opsite Post-Op is a clear waterproof dressing with an absorbent pad. The bacterial barrier protects the site from contamination and reduces the risk of bacterial infection. The waterproof membrane means patients can shower with the dressing in place with the hypoallergenic adhesive - a unique grid patterned adhesive that minimises the risk of allergic reactions. The highly absorbent pad quickly absorbs exudates. Allows lateral spreading across the pad to maximize absorbency and reduce the risk of skin maceration. Comfortable and unobtrusive for the patient. The high MVTR (Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate) makes it more permeable to water vapor than normal films in the presence of moisture. Rounded corners/films reduce the occurrence of lifting or snagging, helping the dressing stay on for longer
