GRACE STONE warrants all carved stone items to be of merchantable quality and will replace if defective or broken. Customers should notify us within 10 days of delivery. Yes, we are sure our packaging is safe enough. We use strong wooden case for external packing. Inside, we use cardboard boxes. In addition, we will purchase "All Risks" insurance upon your request. In the event of damage, you can first file a claim with your insurance company. If the damage is caused by the packaging problem, our company will bear the responsibility.
Cargo can be damaged by violent collisions of ships, trucks or careless handling. Please take a few photos before opening the package. If the packing is ok, but the goods are damaged, it is our responsibility. Conversely, if the package and the goods are damaged at the same time, the logistics company will be responsible.
