(24K Gilt) Antique Classical Cast Brass Mechanical Vintage Three Angles Sitting on the Table Clock
A French 'Boulle'clock of 8 day duration , striking hourly and half hourly on a gong .The twelve section cartouch dial showing Roman Numerals polished blued steel Hands and a Cast brass decorative bezel surround . The case is typical of Boulle work ,after Andre-Charles Boulle and has a good level of detail with the sides also being fully decorated , standing on 'C' scroll bracket feet a glazed aperture to view the sun-burst pendulum with a finial to finish . Made in Paris around 1880-90 Stamped and numbered. It is worth remembering that all our clocks have had a full dismantle / overhaul unlike many others for sale online and carry a full 12 month Guarantee in writing , which adds to the value and longevity of this fine clock .
