Introduction of bevel clock
Antique copper bevel clock is also called rolling drum clock. This clock sits on top of a sloping base and takes a week to move down - its position on the slope indicates the day of the week. The dial remains upright to display the hours and minutes, as in a normal clock. There is no mainspring, no key, and no winder - the clock relies entirely on gravity on a kinematic chain inside the drum. The clock is made of stainless steel and heavily gold-plated brass with a mahogany base.
