Cleaning steps:
- Fill the tank with clean hot water to the highest line; add detergent and stir the solution;
- Plug the machine into an electrical outlet and turn it on; the solution will remain at 80°C;
- Load pots and pans, range hood filters and other cleaning supplies. Use the lift basket to place items into the unit. Items need to be rinsed gently before using. Severely carbonized equipment may require additional soaking.
- Put the lid on, let the contents of the tank soak, and walk away. It will continuously clean, removing fat, grease, oil and carbon deposits.
