FAQ
1. Q: What's your bike quality situation? A: All our bikes are in high/middle quality classers even in European market, closing to the A-brand in the world. All our electric bicycles are basically according to present European Standard, especially for European market. It may change a little bit, according to standard and regulations in the destination sales countries.
2. Q: Do you accept OEM customer's orders?\ A: Yes, we can make the bicycle according to customers' specification, color combination and even logo/design, as well as package requests.
3. Q: May i order a sample to check the quality? A: We welcome your sample orders to check quality and actual manufacturing value. Usually, in our factory, it takes 3-4 weeks to get the sample bike ready, after receipt of your full sample payment.
4. Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Usually, for an order direct from our China factory, we request for a normal order by 1x20'container to star. The models and colors can be mixed in this containers. Usually, we request MOQ per model/color: 30pcs.
Usually, for a sample order or a small quantity order delivered from our warehouse in Europe, we have no MOQ request.
5. Q: How long is the delivery time for an order?
A: In gereral, it takes about 45-55 days to get an order ready from MOQ to 40'HQ container.
But it may take some extra time, according to your actual quantity and complexity of your order details. For example, if your order is covering some details specially developed for you, the delivery time may be longer.
