SCCAIR promises a free overall warranty for 1 year. However, the free warranty shall not apply in the following circumstances:
①Artificial damages to SCCAIR shock absorber or damages caused by an external force;
①Artificial damages to SCCAIR shock absorber or damages caused by an external force;
②SCCAIR shock absorbers circulated in the second-hand market. SCCAIR will find the cause of the malfunction after receiving the part sent back for repair.
If the malfunction was caused by improper installation or use, we will assess the repair cost and contact the customer before repairingor replacing parts.
