About the tape core
Ordinary belt core: Most of the common V-belt cores are steel wire rope cores, and a small part of them are carcass cores. Since both fibers with the core structure are twisted or built up, manipulation between each cut core fiber in the belt results in progressive elongation at the break. Therefore, carcass core production using steel cord cores and common V-belts can only be used in low-load drive systems.
