Negative pressure vacuum crystallizer

1. Introduction

A vacuum negative pressure crystallizer is a tank-type vessel that is heated/cooled through a jacket or internal piping. Crystallizers can be used in evaporative crystallizers and cooling crystallizers. It is equipped with an internal stirrer to increase crystallization strength. Crystallizers can be operated continuously or batchwise. Larger sized crystals will be obtained using batch operation, but such crystals will be discharged together with the mother liquor, which may affect the product purity.

The vacuum crystallizer has simple structure and convenient operation, and is suitable for the operation of small-capacity products. (such as chemical reagents or biochemical reagents)

The vacuum negative pressure crystallizer has the advantages of low energy consumption, small footprint, simple operation and convenient maintenance. Widely used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, wastewater and environmental engineering industries.
