Our machine has 1 year guarantee, for easy worn down spare parts ,we have already shipped some together with the machine. In this guarantee year, these spare parts are free, you only need to pay freight cost.
Our after-sales technician are always available to offer technician support by long-distance or overseas.
In some countries ,we have office or agent, you can directly ask our oversea technician to solve the problem in your factory.
2.How to maintain the machines?
Change the machine oil regularly.Before working,inject some machine oil between horngear and horngear axle. After working,clear the broken yarn ,especially spindle track.

4. What informations should I offer to get a detailed quotation from you?
Rope diameter ,rope useful, sample rope picture ,braid material,the best you know machine model or Machine photo you have.

5. Can you install the machine and make the machine running stably for us after machine arrive?
We have English translated operation manual. Also Our machine is mostly ready for running directly, as we already debugged the machine before shipping, you just need to follow our manual.
For first time doing this business, we suggest you to study in our factory freely.
If necessarily, our technicians are available to service overseas,you only need to afford his air ticket, Accommodation.
6. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Wenling Taizhou City, Zhejiang China.You can fly to Taizhou Huangyan airport directly, or by train to Wenling station. From Taizhou airport is one hours by car and Wenling station is 30minute by car to our factory,All our clients are warmly welcome to visit us!
