Working principle of plastic melter thickener:The double-shaft crushing blade is two parallel blade shafts with different rotation directions, each blade shaft has 18 blades, and the gear box drives the crushing material, and the material is conveyed to the barrel through the screen. The material is conveyed to the heating barrel by the high-speed rotating screw. They would then be melted at high temperatures and extruded into the intended sharps.
Plastic Melting Machine Crusher Technology:The inclined feeding hopper facilitates the insertion of EPS materials, and the materials will not be squeezed out during the crushing process. The plastic recycling machine adopts double-shaft crushing blades, two parallel blade shafts are symmetrically fixed blades, the blades on the two blade shafts are misplaced, and the blades of each shaft are evenly arranged on the knife shaft in the same direction at an arithmetic angle. The first and last blades of each axis are at a 90° angle.
