Product Description

SUNTHERM refractory brick

It can be divided into three processes: raw material, molding and firing. Refractory bricks are generally formed by dry pressing. By mixing the materials evenly in proportion and curing for a period of time. Then, some powder is poured into the module and dry pressed. The dry-pressed adobe needs to be pushed into a kiln for drying or placed in the air to dry. This progress takes about 3-5 days. Thereafter, the adobe is pushed into a tunnel furnace or a shuttle kiln and fired at around 1300°C. This progress takes approximately 5-7 days.
The fired bricks will be packaged in pallets before leaving the factory.
