Compared with traditional steel pipes, special gas pipelines for gas stations have the following advantages:

1. Long service life. Conventional pipes are generally treated with anti-corrosion treatment before being buried. Even in neutral non-corrosive soils, the average service life is only 10 years. Due to its stable nature, the composite pipe can be service-free for 50 years and basically meets the design limit of the gas station.

2. Safe antistatic properties. The inner surface of the dedicated oil pipeline of the gas station is smooth, the hydraulic linear coefficient is good, the liquid flow state in the pipeline can reduce the generation of static charge, and the composite pipe is multi-layer design, and the conductive layer is independently designed to have electrostatic conductivity and can effectively prevent static electricity accumulation. Discharge, fully meet the construction standards (body resistivity is less than 108 Ω.m, surface resistivity is less than 1010 Ω).

Due to its special chemical materials, composite pipes do not electrochemically react themselves, and it is difficult to ionize and react with other chemical components in the soil. It has high chemical stability and excellent corrosion resistance to acid and alkali solutions. In areas with strong soil corrosivity and high humidity, it has obvious advantages of corrosion resistance and corrosion compared with steel pipes.

5. Large pressure bearing capacity and strong toughness. The special oil pipelines for gas stations are generally designed as multi-layer structures.
