Installation method
- Secure the outdoor antenna reception to the roof and point it toward the cell tower.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the repeater's "outdoor" port via a cable.
- Also connect the indoor antenna to the repeater's "indoor" port via a cable.
- Plug the power adapter into an AC outlet and complete the installation.
Technical Support
- If you still do not receive a signal after activating the relay, please check whether the outdoor antenna is pointed at the signal tower or somewhere else with a strong signal, and check whether the strength reaches -70DBM.
- If the call cannot be made, adjust the direction of the outdoor antenna.
- If the strength is unstable, check whether the outdoor and indoor antennas are too close. Please ensure that the distance between the outdoor and indoor antennas is at least 20 meters, with a wall in between and not on the same level (the outdoor antenna can be one level higher than the repeater and indoor antenna).
- Indoor antennas and repeaters are best located at least 4 meters away from nearby doors and windows.
When using this product to amplify the signal, the outdoor signal should be as good as possible. If our outdoor signal is poor or poor, the product will not work properly.
If the indoor signal is always low, but the outdoor signal is great, then the repeater will work fine.If the indoor signal is sometimes full and sometimes not full before installation, this environment is not suitable for installing a repeater.
