Established in 2008, Nantong Tianyi Electronics Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and exporter that is concerned with design, R&D and production of magnetic components, including high frequency transformers, common mode chokes(line filters), inductors(choke coils), low frequency transformers, chargers, etc. In 2018, we set up our own trading company, Nantong Meican International Trading CO., Ltd. for expanding the foreign market. Our products are widely used in household appliances, computers, automotive electronics, power suppliers of electric vehicle chargers, phone chargers, digital products, medical equipments, energy-saving lamps and so on. Covering an area of 2000 square meters, we have over 120 employees and a batch of top class production equipment in this field, such as full-automatic coil winding machines, full-automatic assembling,packing and testing all-in-one machines and so on. We can produce about 4.0 million magnetic components per month. Since 2017, we have passed ISO9001, CQC and CE certification. Our products comply with international quality standards and measure up to the environmental protection standards of EU. We hold several patents in this field. Our main customers are well-known manufactures in China,such as Haier, Midea. 70% of our products are sold domestically, and the others are exported to Singapore,Germany, Italy, Russia, India and other countries. According to the standard of ISO9001, we implements effective control of design and development, raw material inspection, production site management, product inspection and after-sale service. The excellent quality control throught out all stages of production enable us to guarantee total customer satisaction. In the next three years, we will increase investment to improve the technical content of our products and upgrade production equipment, in order to help our business partners improve their competitiveness and expand their market.
