While not all of them are organic-certified, our teas would at least be Rainforest Alliance-certified and/or FairTrade. Also, our producers would be certified for ISO 22000 for Food Safety Management System, a standard based on HACCP and ISO 9001 for Quality Management System. We are certified through various certifying bodies such as Control Union and ACT Thailand. "We are the foremost advocate for Vietnamese tea culture. We are the founding member of Vietnam Organic Specialty Tea Association along with members of our producer groups. Region by region, our staff discover, record, and promote the often untold stories of Vietnamese teas. Tea tasting and understanding the products is not just recommended but required for all staff, even the administrative ones. For the future, we are looking at organizing public tea tasting, grading, classes, and auctions.
