FiberPasta company is specialized in the production of high fibre and low glycemic index food, our main product is the pasta FiberPasta: it is a unique low glycemic index and high fibre pasta approved by the Italian Ministry of Health as being "suitable for diabetic peopl" (Ministerial Decree issued in the year 2001) . Our low glycemic index range today also includes flour, bread, pizza and biscuits.
