KIPI, heat sourcesKIPI company, a manufacturer of pellet burners, was established in 2013. However, our experience dates back to 1994, when Biuro Techniczno Inznierskie Jan Gumkowski started its operation, specializing in research for industry, designing and manufacturing process lines, nonstandard machinery and equipment. It all started in 2009Our adventure with pellet burners all started in 2009We wanted to reduce our heating costs, so we purchased a traditional pellet burner. Pellet fuels seemed very attractive to us as a solution easy to use, clean, easily stored and environmentally friendly. Slowly our satisfaction turned into frustration. The burner required frequent cleaning and we had to pay particular attention to the quality of purchase fuel pellets of poor quality caused burner malfunctions. We could not think about full automation with so much time wasted on maintenance.Inspired by this challenge as we have become experts in heating technologyThe problems with cleaning the burner cost us a lot of time. We analysed the burners available on the market and none of them met our expectations. As a company providing solutions to different problems, we decided to resolve this one as well. Immediately a few concepts emerged. We have deepened our knowledge of heating technologies, becoming experts in this field. From concept to implementationOur first ideas were analysed in theory. Then, we concluded that the right direction is to use a rotary combustion chamber, which would not only enable the burner to burn pellets of inferior quality (even agro-pellets) and make the burner an automatic device, but also actually prolong the operational life of the combustion chamber. Our engineering team started the design work in 2010 by developing a prototype, then we introduced improvements ,our goal was to create the highest quality product. We completed the works by creating our first burner. We are proud of it.
