TRUE-ACT International Company was founded in 2016 and the headquarter office is in Taichung City. TRUE-ACT has branched out as a single entity to focus on international business trading and supply chain management. With multiple locations within Taiwan, our specializations include customs brokerage, warehousing, trading, and production. Our core competencies are primarily within manufacturing, focused on steel tube and plate processing, electro chrome plating, powder coating and plastic injection. Product series range anywhere from commercial space to living space. We strive to create products to enhance living and provide creative storage solutions.Our in-house research and development team aims to accommodate our customers around the world by searching and monitoring market drivers to fulfill customized demands. TRUE-ACT has obtained hundreds of patents in products and filed for certificates such as ISO9001 and FSC to ensure a steady business operation. To create efficiency and cost-effectiveness, TRUE-ACT has vertically integrated and automated the majority of its operations. We own our own production facilities and our team is 300 strong. Our main distribution center is built on 420,000 square feet and carries eight packaging lines. The distribution center is constantly improving productivity, and on average discharges more than 300 containers monthly. TRUE-ACT is a reliable partner to importers and numerous retailers in major markets such as Western Europe, North America and Japan.
