1. Adapter sleeves are used to secure tapered bore bearings to cylindrical shafts. They are easy to install and remove. They are suitable for smooth and stepped shafts. The sleeve can be easily adapted to the shaft diameter.
2. The adapter sleeve adopts slotted design and external taper. They are usually not surface treated but oiled and fitted with locknuts and locking devices. They have oil passages, distribution grooves and threaded sides. For stepped shafts, they have two supply pipes and distribution grooves on their outer surface.
3. Withdrawal sleeves are used to install tapered bearings on cylindrical shafts. They are easy to install, fix and remove. They are suitable for smooth and stepped shafts. The bearing housing easily adapts to the shaft diameter. They are usually preservative-coated, grooved, and have an external taper. This allows the sleeve to be used with wide spherical roller bearings. The withdrawal sleeve for oil filling has oil passages and distribution grooves on the threaded side.
