SK7612A CNC internal thread grinding machine The machine is mainly used for grinding nut for ball-screws precisely. It can grind the cylindrical surface, end surface and the circular tray of a nut precisely in one setting up.
With SIEMENS 828D NC system, 3 of 4 axes can perform linkage motion.
Main Features
1)The foundation parts such as bed, work table and grinding wheel frame, all made of high strength and high quality cast iron, have been gone through aging treatments and manual scraping process, able to ensure advanced stability and high precision;
2) Work table traverse (Z axis) is generated by servo motor through the chain of coupling and high precision ball screw pair;
3) X-axis, powered by servo motor through the chain of coupling and high precision ball crew pair, controls both cross feeding for cylindrical grinding and internal thread grinding;
4) Running in a high automatization and intellectualization,no pollution.
5) Apply a linker to connect with the air conveyor ,which can directly inline with filling machine .
