HY series hydraulic buffer has the characteristics of large capacity, remarkable buffer effect and high absorption efficiency. This series of bumpers reduces inertial shocks between two moving objects or between a moving object and a stationary object. This series of buffers is designed for heavy machinery applications such as material handling machinery, metallurgical machinery, and railway industrial machinery. Such buffers should be installed horizontally. And install it according to the indicator on the bottom plate (the indicator hole on the bottom plate should be above).

•If the installation position needs to be changed due to actual working conditions, the damping performance will be greatly reduced.
• Operating temperature range from -25°C-80°C. If the operating temperature is lower than
•‐25°C to ‐45°C, please specify when placing order.
• Considering the working conditions, the hydraulic oil used in this buffer should be wear-resistant and pressure-resistant, and at least 20# pressure-resistant oil should be used.
• The correct amount of oil should be added to the tank. The proper volume should be the oil level just above the piston.
• The declination angle during installation should be less than 1°
• The choice of buffer should be based on the impact force of the running trolley.
